Absolute recommendation for anyone who likes meat. Everything is great here, from the service and the ambience to the food itself. Everything is done here in Corona times so that the guests feel comfortable and safe. Very exemplary restaurant business!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! My star distribution is made up of five (for me personal) essential factors: 1 star - ambience / concept: Very nice, rustic, classy and comfortably furnished! The open fireplace in the dining room, where the meat is grilled, is something completely different! Here the boss personally lends a hand with a lot of passion! 1 star service: The service ladies were extremely attentive, personable, always with a nice and friendly, not fake, but honest smile. The waiting times were not worth mentioning, everything went very quickly and quickly. Extra requests were received. 1 star presentation, selection: The meat is presented to the guest on a chilled platter. What I found very refreshing and varied was the selection of different types of meat. There was game, dry aged, beef from the region, wild boar, lamb, duck, guinea fowl and what else do I know! You don't have to be afraid to rush yourself. Each guest is treated individually and they are happy to take the time for detailed advice. Hectic Not here.... 1 star - quality and taste of the dishes: One of the most important points! My steak (and that of my girlfriend) were on point. Dry Aged Rib Eye - rare (kissed by the flame), Filet - medium rare. PERFECT!!! Taste very, very good, very intense, delicate, high quality! I also liked the very versatile (medium) salad. In particular the beans and corn, with a "touch" of horseradish - very pleasant! However, maybe next time I will have a "small" salad ... the middle one was almost a bit too big for me;) We took a hash brown as a side dish, that's all you need! 2 stars - the great art of grilling: After knowing from my own experience how difficult it is to bring a good piece of steak to the desired point and also to achieve the desired taste, I would like to mention this point in particular. - There were several (many) steaks on the grill. - Different steaks (different types of animals) - Different cuts (a fillet cooks / grills differently than a rib eye). - Different "cuts". (One meat cut thicker, another part - e.g. lamb fillet - thinner in texture). - all possible degrees of cooking. Does the guest want medium, rare, well, medium +, medium rare ..... it's on the point! - and probably the most difficult! Keeping ALL factors already mentioned in mind and serving the guest as requested! And before that I would like to take my hat off to the boss! -> Pile of steaks on the grill, of all kinds, all kinds of things, everyone wants to have it different ... and also maintain a little customer contact ... that deserves my respect and recognition and is gladly mentioned! Alltogether: 6 out of 5 stars! Thanks alot! and very, very happy again :) :) :)

Well-rehearsed team and great food! From salad to meat to desert, everything was done right. The dry aged entrecote and the wild boar are highly recommended. It was a pleasure :).

Warm welcome, accompanied by the manager of the house to the set table, ordered drinks arrived well chilled and fast, the salads simply worth seeing, then the presentation of the meat platter with a friendly explanation, you could choose in peace, the preparation in the open fireplace - the sensation - !!! All meat dishes (we had 5 different) prepared deliciously exactly as discussed! So I can only recommend this restaurant!

We had reservations. Unfortunately we had to wait forever until we got the drinks, then the salad forever later and finally the main course at some point ... We were no longer hungry and couldn't really enjoy the food. A large currant spritzer 7 euros ... There was also no menu, like that that you only find out at the end what it costs ... Not an experience for me that I want to repeat ... I would also like to respond to your answer. I take note of the fact that a currant spritzer apparently only costs 3.50 euros for you. Then nothing should stand in the way of a refund. Because demonstrably I was charged 7.00 euros. Unfortunately no prices are shown on your website either. On the subject of the menu and Corona. As a suggestion, I would like to offer the guest at least one card and then disinfect it. That seems to be a common practice among other restaurateurs. At least that's my experience.

It was the first time we were in the fireplace room last night. SENSATIONAL!!!!! Super meat quality, grilled to the point. I don't think I can eat more steaks anywhere else, unreachable. Thanks to the whole team from the Kaminstubn for a successful evening !!!!

if there is a grill god then here. sometimes I do not understand that you can only give 5 stars. The chef and grill master is simply divine in what he does with the meat on the grill. The meat was buttery, full-bodied and rounded in the taste. The waiters all fesch and nimble. Too bad that I can not award 25 stars for this delicious evening An enthusiastic new fan from Berlin.

That guarantees the best Streakhouse in the Munich area and Oberland !!! First-class selection, perfect preparation of the food, absolutely rustic and cozy atmosphere. The Kampmillers are absolutely good hosts, you feel here immediately and completely well! The whole thing is there for absolutely fair prices, but only with prior table reservation! Bye for now!

If you like to eat meat, this is the place for you! It is strongly recommended to reserve a table. For larger groups on a weekend, a lead time of around 2 to 3 months may well be required for a table reservation. Accordingly, the quality of the food is convincing across the board. The starter salads are very well coordinated and taste very tasty. The selection of the different types of meat is clearly explained personally at the table using sample pieces and time is given for questions. Very friendly staff rounds off the extremely coherent qualitative and positive overall package of the fireplace rooms.
